Meet Suzanne
Suzanne Pickell is a California Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) and founder of Primed Potential, Educational Psychology PC. She also has a national certification in school psychology and advanced training in school neuropsychology. Suzanne holds an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
With nearly a decade of experience in public schools, private practice, and remote settings, Suzanne brings both deep expertise and a strong commitment to helping individuals and families thrive. Her work focuses on helping clients understand their unique learning profiles through comprehensive assessment, individualized coaching, and evidence-based intervention planning.
Suzanne is especially passionate about supporting students and adults with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences that impact executive functioning. Many of these individuals are bright and capable yet their potential is not fully reflected in their daily performance or routines. Through structured and collaborative coaching, Suzanne helps clients understand their strengths, clarify areas of challenge, and build practical routines that support independence. By blending evidence based practice with compassionate guidance, she empowers clients to unlock their full potential and create personalized systems that promote confidence, consistency, and meaningful growth across academic, professional, and personal settings.
