Executive function coaching
Executive function coaching is a supportive, skills-based process that strengthens the mental tools needed to manage daily life. Key executive skills include organization, time management, planning, task initiation, and self-monitoring. Through coaching, individuals build these skills and develop greater awareness, confidence, and independence. This foundation fosters success in academics, career, and everyday life.

How Coaching Sessions Work
All coaching sessions are offered virtually anywhere in California through secure video conferencing. Sessions are 50 minutes and dedicated to building skills, practicing strategies, and reviewing what worked between meetings.
Frequency: Weekly sessions are recommended to maintain momentum and support consistent skill development. We can always adjust pacing based on your goals, schedule, and level of support.
Duration: Most clients engage in coaching through short-term programs (typically 6–8 weeks) to introduce strategies, practice with guidance, and build sustainable systems. At the end of each program, we review progress and discuss next steps or maintenance options if continued support would be helpful.

Investment
Coaching is billed at $200 per 50-minute session.
Most clients benefit from a structured package to build consistency and momentum, and the available programs reflect the pathways that tend to lead to the strongest outcomes. Session frequency and the overall length of work can always be tailored to your goals, availability, and preferred level of support. -
