For Parents of Preteens and Teens

A 3-part Parent Workshop

This live, educational workshop series is designed for parents of preteen and teens navigating executive function development, including ADHD-related challenges.

Executive function skills play a central role in organization, planning, emotional regulation, and follow-through. When these skills are still developing, everyday expectations can feel harder to meet and routines break down more easily.
